Technology parks are fundamental innovation environments for the formation of an Innovation Ecosystem, especially when located in complex urban centers such as capitals, requiring from managers and local entrepreneurs, with businesses sheltered in this structure, the application of controls on date and information flows that occur in those environments. In this context, the article aims to briefly present the history and concepts about technology parks in Brazil and Salvador, promoting a comparative assessment between the European GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and the Brazilian LGPD (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados). The methodology used was the systematically and bibliographic review, descriptive and exploratory, with a qualitative and interdisciplinary approach, conforming and demonstrating the extensive and reflective method chosen for this work. Besides, brainstorming techniques were also used, and specific graphics were also drawn up in the course of the work. Lastly, aiming to correlate the themes parks e LGPD, the research sought to analyze and understand how the relationship between the located enterprises in the Technological Park of Bahia and the required adoption of the LGPD in its organizational processes is. With that, two different general trends were identified as partial results regarding the “entrepreneurship” development within the park, highlighting the human factor and the management of people along with projects (1), and the shared responsibility of companies and others involved in the scenario of the Technological Park of Bahia in relation to the adapted to the LGPD.
